Hi, my name is Vernelle Van Dale.

 

I started my career in the dental industry in 2010 as a Dental Assistant. Over the years I expanded my knowledge and experience into Administrative and Sales roles, specializing in phone conversion of high value niche targeted marketing leads and treatment coordinating live virtually and in the office. 

 

I've worked with numerous Doctors and their teams to produce high-revenue results. I especially enjoy sales communication and building team/patient relationships, as they stem from my roots in life insurance sales training prior to the dental field. 

 

My reason why is simple. I love to help people. After 13 years in dental, I understand your plate is full as a business owner and Doctor. My mission is to get to know your unique needs, providing solution oriented services to increase revenue so you can focus on what you enjoy. I'll mentor your team, providing them with the systems, scripting, and tools they need to achieve your office goals.
